Hostshit Terms of Service

Article 1 | General Provisions

1.1 These Terms constitute a legal agreement between the user (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) and Hostshit (Singapore)Technology Center (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”), regarding the provision of website hosting, server rental, domain registration, and related services.

1.2 By registering, activating, using, or making payment for any service, the Client is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all contents of these Terms.

1.3 The Platform reserves the right to revise these Terms based on operational needs and will notify Clients via its official website or email. The revised Terms shall take effect from the date of announcement.


Article 2 | Account Registration and Information Security

2.1 The Client shall provide true, complete, and valid registration information and is responsible for the security and activities of their account.

2.2 The Client shall not register an account using another person’s identity, organization name, or payment information.

2.3 The Platform shall not be liable for any password leaks, account theft, or data loss resulting from the Client’s failure to maintain proper confidentiality.


Article 3 | Service Activation and Use

3.1 Upon confirmation of successful payment, the Platform shall activate the corresponding service within 24 hours.

3.2 The Client shall use resources reasonably and shall not engage in any activities that violate local laws, distribute malicious code, send spam, or compromise server security.

3.3 If the Client’s actions harm the Platform’s systems or other users, the Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service without prior notice.


Article 4 | Fees and Billing

4.1 All service fees shall be charged according to the prices published on the Platform’s website, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

4.2 Renewal must be completed before the service expiration date; otherwise, the system will automatically initiate suspension procedures.

4.3 The Platform reserves the right to adjust prices due to exchange rate changes, policy updates, or system modifications.

4.4 If the Client fails to pay fees on time, the Platform reserves the right to suspend services and charge late or redemption fees.


Article 5 | Refunds and Termination

5.1 Unless explicitly marked as “refundable,” all confirmed payments are non-refundable.

5.2 The Platform reserves the right to immediately terminate services upon discovering abuse, illegal usage, or violations of these Terms.

5.3 If the Client wishes to voluntarily terminate the service, written notice must be submitted to the Platform at least 7 days in advance.


Article 6 | Expiration, Suspension, and Redemption

6.1 If the Client fails to renew before service expiration, account access and website service will be automatically suspended.

6.2 During suspension, the Client may restore the account through the redemption process, with a redemption fee equal to 1.5 times the standard renewal fee.

6.3 The redemption period lasts for 7 days after expiration; accounts not redeemed within this period will enter the data deletion process.


Article 7 | Service Freezing

7.1 In cases of arrears, violations, or abnormal account activity, the Platform reserves the right to suspend hosting services and temporarily freeze associated domain management and DNS resolution.

7.2 During the freeze period, the Client cannot modify DNS, transfer domains, or use related services.

7.3 This measure serves as a security precaution and does not constitute permanent termination. Upon completion of redemption or renewal, the Platform will automatically lift the freeze within 24 hours.


Article 8 | Data Retention and Deletion

8.1 Data from suspended or expired accounts will be retained for 7 days.

8.2 After the retention period, if the account remains unredeemed, the system will automatically and permanently delete all data.

8.3 The Platform bears no responsibility for data loss, business interruption, or third-party dependency failures resulting from data deletion.


Article 9 | Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution

9.1 Limitation of Liability

Hostshit shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from the Client’s use of its services.

9.2 Force Majeure

The Platform shall not be deemed in breach of contract for service interruptions caused by natural disasters, wars, earthquakes, policy changes, or communication failures.

9.3 Data Deletion Liability

Once an account enters the permanent deletion phase, the Platform bears no obligation to recover or compensate for deleted data.

9.4 Notices and Delivery

Notices sent via the registered email, client panel, or system announcements shall be deemed formally delivered.

9.5 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. In the event of a dispute, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through friendly negotiation. If such negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the Singapore District Court for jurisdiction and adjudication.
